We ordered 1 large ice latte, 1 small ice latte, sandwich with very small soup, bowl of soup with a piece of bread... we paid $24 ..... I am sorry to say but the soup tasted full of MSG and salty. sandwich was less than so-so. Although I ordered bowl of soup, they served me a cup until I questioned. ALSO a slice of bread was an extra charge, $1.50. Very sad but it was a slice of dried bread which I am sure was sliced hours ago. Coffee was okay.
We go to many cafes around town, out of state and in different countries, I hope this local cafe will concentrate on friendliness and quality of food. I don't mind paying higher cost if they are good and enjoyable!
Our favorite cafe so far is Coffee Exchange on Wickendon Street Providence, and Seven Stars Bakery on Broadway or Hope street also in Providence. Stop by these places and learn what they mean by good coffee, friendly staff and fair price.
I think you are trying to be a Newbury Street Cafe price with less than Panera quality. Looking forward for improvement!
I am not involved with those shops I mentioned above. I just love them.

Thanks for your input. In the couple of times I have been there, the food has been good.
