FAQ: Paid Family & Medical Leave
To help parents balance work and family obligations, three states have enacted Paid Family and Medical Leave (PFML) laws in recent years. MassBudget's new fact sheet FAQ: Paid Family and Medical Leave describes these laws and employer policies. It explains what PFML is, how it works, how it affects families and businesses, and how it relates to other policies like Earned Paid Sick Time.
