Register O'Donnell Donates Clothing Thanks to Countywide Donations
Stating that the "Suits for Success program provides a hand up," to those seeking employment, Norfolk County Register of Deeds William P. O'Donnell recently delivered a sizeable clothing donation to Father Bill's and MainSpring program.
The Register stated, "On behalf of the many people throughout Norfolk County and registry staff who contributed clothing through Suits for Success, it is my pleasure to deliver these items." O'Donnell handed over such items as women's suits, blouses, dress pants, dresses and shoes. Janna Stanke, Development Associate for Father Bill's & MainSpring said, "This clothing is direly needed, and we are so grateful to everyone who contributed."
Suits for Success is a program to help men and women reach economic independence and personal self-fulfillment. The Registry is proud to partner with this worthwhile program.
Those interested in making a donation can drop off new or gently used business appropriate clothing, professionally cleaned, during the hours of 8:30-4:30 at the Registry. If you have any questions regarding a donation, please call Alicia Gardner at (781) 461-6104.
Register O'Donnell concluded by saying, "Having something in your closet that you don't usually wear can make a world of difference to someone else. It just might be the item that helps them get ahead in life."
