2012 Annual St. John's Christmas Fair



This year St. John's Christmas Fair will be held Saturday, December 1st from 9am - 3pm in the St. John's Parish Hall located at 237 Pleasant Street in Franklin, MA.  

There will be homemade gift baskets, Cookie Walk, pastry table, as well as hot soup and coffee to enjoy.  

Pictures with Santa as well as other activities for the kids!  

Join us for a fun day!

Kids of all ages enjoy riding in the train and jumping in the bounce house.How about getting your face painted or designing a bracelet? Plenty of fun, games and crafts for the kids. Adults will definitely
want to take a chance on our raffle baskets or perhaps, bid in our silent auction.

All proceeds to benefit the Sunrise Montessori School, Inc., a non-profit 501c3 organization, which offers preschool and kindergarten programs to children in Franklin and the surrounding communities.

St. John’s Episcopal Church Christmas Fair – December 3rd


St. John’s Annual Christmas Fair will take place on Saturday, December 3rd from 9am to 3pm at 237 Pleasant Street in Franklin, MA. Shop for Christmas gifts at our craft tables offering beautiful items, many handmade by the parishioners. A wide variety of themed gift baskets will be available, wrapped and ready to go!

 Save yourself some baking time by taking advantage of our cookie walk. Select a box size and fill it with a wide variety of homemade Christmas cookies. Or choose bakery items from our “freeze to go” area.

Sit and relax while you enjoy hot soups and stews available at our snack bar and try a sweet from our fancy pastry table. Early Shoppers can enjoy breakfast items, such as quiche and cinnamon rolls. We’ll have many raffle items as well as an amazing silent auction, featuring a quilt by the Yankee Quilters!

The Children’s area will feature games, make and take ornaments, face painting, special snacks and more! Santa will be available for pictures from 11-1.

Job Fair at Bristol Community College - Attleboro Campus

The United Regional Chamber of Commerce and Self Help, Inc. Employment Opportunity Center is sponsoring a Spring 2010 Job Fair at Bristol Community College - Attleboro Campus, 11 Field St. on Wed., March 24.


The job fair runs from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Registration for the event is at 8:30 a.m.

Employers can meet and greet potential employees by exhibiting their businesses. There is no cost to the United Regional Chamber of Commerce members for a space. The cost to non-members is $50.

FRANKLIN —

People at odds over a feral cat colony at Highwood Condominiums may get a resolution tonight.

The condominium complex's board of trustees will discuss the matter and possibly decide to take action at a meeting open only to condo owners, said property manager Roy Blanchard.

Blanchard declined to talk about the controversy.

"This doesn't need to be in the press anymore. We can take care of our own issues," he said.
