MassBudget's Budget Monitor shows: How the Senate proposal would affect each major area of state government, from health care and education to public safety and the environment—including information on tax revenues. How individual amendments shaped the final bill. What differences exist between the Senate and House proposals—and what choices the House-Senate Conference Committee will face. At this point, the Governor, the House, and the Senate have all produced their own budget proposals. The challenge now is to reconcile them.
