| All Commuter Rail lines will operate on a Saturday schedule on Monday, February 16. Commuter Rail service is expected to have delays due to switch and signal issues and mechanical issues with locomotives. Cancelled train trips are also likely. -------- Limited Rail and Bus service will be available on Presidents' Day, Monday, February 16. Details are available at www.mbta.com/winter.
