FHS field hockey tops Taunton, golf drops match to North Attleboro
From Hockomock Sports we share the FHS fall sports results from Thursday, Oct 13
*** Field Hockey = Franklin, 5 @ Taunton, 1 – Final
– Franklin sophomore Annie Walsh netted a hat trick to help the Panthers land a 5-1 victory. Junior Maddie Hinckley opened the scoring with junior Kate Morse and freshman Erin Walsh each chipping in with two assists. Sophomore Cassi Ronan also had a goal and an assist. Franklin senior Sam Hertzberg had six saves –including two scintillating stops — to get the win in the cage.
