Harvest Festival Wrap Up The Franklin Downtown Partnership's 17th annual Harvest Festival was the best one yet! Perfect autumn weather, fun activities, entertainment, a beer garden and much more drew the largest crowd the Harvest Festival has ever seen! Thank you to everyone who participated!
