Franklin, MA: Town Council - Agenda - June 23, 2021 |
why is my property value calculated at a fair market price, when my house is not on the market? when calculating my property value is depreciation added to my property?
ReplyDeleteAll properties are part of the revaluation schedule whether on the market or not. For a more detailed explanation I would contact the assessor or the Board of assessors. Prior tax rate hearings give an overview of the process which you should be able to find among the Town Council minutes from last year https://www.franklinmatters.org/2020/12/town-council-meeting-comcast-contract.html?m=1
