Town Council approves capital budget, new victualier license, gives final approval to sign bylaw changes & water/sewer connections for Franklin Ridge (video)

The Franklin (MA) Town Council met as scheduled on Wednesday, Feb 5, 2025. Seven members were participating in Council Chambers and 2 absent.
