The language of the ballot question is as follows:“Shall the Town of Franklin be allowed to assess an additional three million, eight hundred sixty two thousand, six hundred seventy two dollars ($3,862,672) in real estate and personal property taxes for the purpose of the municipal and school operating budgets for which monies from this assessment will be used for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2025?”The above question will be the only question on the ballot, and it is a Yes or No question.11.When and where is the election?
The special election will be held on June 3, 2025 from 6AM to 8PM @ Franklin High School, 218 Oak Street. All mail in ballots must be received in the Clerk’s Office, Town of Franklin Municipal Building, 355 E Central St, Franklin, MA 02038 by 8:00PM on 6/3 in order to be counted.12.When is the last day to register to vote?
