We welcome you all to join us at our "Where's The Toast?!" Memory Cafe on Wednesday, December 17 at 1 PM.
Our Memory Cafe is a safe and social space for those living with cognitive loss, their families, friends, and caregivers.
Jeff Thomas will be entertaining us this month!
