Time to shop local and take advantage of the sales tax holiday this weekend - August 8 & 9, 2026

"There’s no better time than next weekend to shop local!!!! During the sales tax holiday for 2026 the state’s 6.25 per cent sales tax will be suspended for most retail items priced under $2,500.
