Franklin TV programming guide reports on the Children’s Museum ribbon cutting

The Children's Museum of Franklin celebrated it's first anniversary in 2 ways. One with an adult "Night at the Museum" on Friday, September 18. Two, with a ribbon cutting for the 4,00 sq ft expansion for outdoor space on Wednesday,  September 23.
