The Franklin DPW contractor National Water Main will begin a sewer rehabilitation project within existing easements in the following areas:
📍 Work Locations:
- Oak Street Extension to Woodside Road
- Woodside Road to Besso Street
- Brushwood Hill to White Avenue
- White Avenue to Crossfield Road
- Chestnut Street to Josephine Street
- Milliken Avenue to Josephine Street
- Pine Street (2 sections)
- Stanwood Drive (2 sections)
🚗 Traffic & Safety: Please follow posted detour signs and use caution when driving through these areas. Directly affected residents will be notified prior to work starting in their area.
💡 Why this work matters: This project improves the structural integrity of our sewer system and reduces groundwater intrusion—helping to lower our town’s bill from the Charles River Pollution Control District.
