Franklin Voter Turnout from 2003 - 2016

I updated the chart to show the Franklin voter turnout from 2003 - 2016. I did leave out the primary elections;  including only the major elections.

The updated chart:

• The Presidential elections are shown in light Blue.
• Regular Franklin elections shown in Red
• The three override elections are shown in Yellow
• The State elections are shown in Green
