In accordance with MGL c. 30 section 39m, it is the intention of the Town of Franklin to retain the services of a construction firm for the purposes of constructing approximately 4,200 feet of roadway improvements along Arlington Street, Howard Street, Howard Place, North Park Street, and Plain Street within the Town of Franklin.
