They are serious about premium chicken. Per my brief conversation with Etkin Tekin, CEO & Co-Founder, 3 of the 4 co-founders are in Franklin for the opening.
- The Franklin management team has been in training to prepare for Wednesday's opening since July, 2025
- The Franklin operation has been schooled in the Haven "hot chicken" process which takes 3 days of prep for the chicken (marinade, etc.) before getting selected for your meal
- There is a special fund raising coupon available (image not accepted) to help Franklin High School
