In answer to a question I had last week: Was there going to be an appeal filed on the 444 East Central decision? Yes. there is. 

The group is also raising funds for their legal efforts.

Note: the appeal will also force the Town of Franklin to pay some legal expenses in its defense of the decision. Money that could perhaps be better used elsewhere.
