The Franklin Conservation Commission has authorized the treatment of invasive aquatic vegetation at Upper and Lower DelCarte Ponds. Chemical treatment will commence on August 14th.
Water use restrictions will be in place on August 14th.
Please refrain from using these waters until August 15th, 2026.
This chemical treatment is being conducted pursuant to permit #WM04-0001697 issued by MassDEP and Order of Conditions for DEP#CE159-1137 issued by the Franklin Conservation Commission.
