Active Minds at FHS Receives $4,000 Grant from the KyleCares Foundation!

Catching up to share this info that slipped through my radar:

"We’re excited to share that Active Minds at Franklin High School has been awarded a $4,000 grant from the KyleCares Foundation to support student mental health initiatives at FHS!
Active Minds at FHS Receives $4,000 Grant from the KyleCares Foundation!

The grant recognizes the chapter’s work to promote open conversations, reduce stigma, and support student well-being.

Over the past year, Active Minds has led several impactful initiatives, including a school-wide assembly with Dr. Jonathan Jenkins, a charity basketball game in partnership with Unified Sports, and regional mental health summits with Hockomock-area schools.

We’re proud of our Active Minds students and staff, led by Mrs. Davies, Mrs. Hess, and Mrs. Briggs, for their continued commitment to supporting mental health and building a stronger school community.

Congratulations!"
