Friends, The wait is almost over – in just 9 days, the Children’s Museum of Franklin officially opens its doors!  Join us as we celebrate the start of endless play, creativity, and discovery at our brand-new home, 157 Cottage Street, Franklin. We can’t wait to welcome you into the museum you’ve helped bring to life. Whether you’ve supported us as a founding family, mobile museum visitor, donor, or online community member, your belief in the power of play has made this dream possible. After our Ribbon Cutting on September 17 at 4:00 pm, we’ll be Open to Play on:  Thursday, September 18 | 9:00 am–5:00 pm  Friday, September 19 | 9:00 am–4:00 pm (closing early before our adults-only celebration that evening – and you’re invited to join us!) Saturday, September 20 | 9:00 am–4:30 pm Sunday, September 21 | 9:00 am–4:30 pm Monday, September 22 | 9:00 am–5:30 pm

Opening day for Franklin Youth Baseball, Friday, April 25

Opening Day is coming to Franklin! 

 

Join us for an afternoon of fun at Fletcher Field on Friday, April 25th (4:30 PM - 7:30 PM)!

We’ll have skills competitions, cornhole, wiffle ball, face painting, a DJ, and more! 

 

Plus, the snack stand will be open and Chick-fil-A will be on site!

Senior Center Update for Opening March 19 (audio)

Sarah Amaral, Director, Franklin Senior Center with an update that the center will open on Wednesday, March 19.

The second floor will not be available so some programs/events will shift within the building.
