JOIN US for Self-Care Saturdays!
Greetings!
The holiday season can be difficult for those that have a family member suffering from substance use disorder, mental health concerns, or have an empty chair at the table. Imagine having four weeks devoted to your own Self-Care before the start of the holiday season?
Beginning Saturday October 28th, from 9:00 am - 10:30am, SAFE's Family Support Center will host Self-Care Saturdays. Each Saturday will provide an opportunity to experience a new modality for healing while experiencing the power of group fellowship.
All are welcome!
