IFB - On-Call Purchase and Installation of Tapping Sleeve and Valve
In accordance with MGL c. 30 section 39m, it is the intention of the Town of Franklin to retain the on-call services of a contractor to furnish and install either a tapping sleeve and valve and/or an insertion valve on an existing water main within the Town of Franklin.
