Big congratulations to Josh Tobey, Olivia Cadorette, Caroline Kaluzny, and Alyssa Furbush who repped Tri-County at the Cape Cod BBQ competition! 

Their mouthwatering menu included Beef Chili with Mang Tango seasoning, Pulled Pork Bao Buns with Vinaigrette Slaw, Pickled Onions, BBQ Slaw, and Apple Spice Cupcakes with Maple Frosting and Candied Bacon.
