Baseball = Franklin, 16 @ Milford, 2 - Final
– Franklin’s offense was on fire and collected 19 hits and senior DJ Silverstein had a standout effort on the mound as the Panthers picked up a big win at Fino Field. Franklin jumped ahead with three runs in the first, added a trio of runs in both the third and fifth innings, and blew the game wide open with six runs in the top of the seventh. Senior Sean Kryzak led the hit parade for the Panthers with three hits, including a pair of doubles, and two RBI and four runs scored. Jack Sullivan (triple, two runs), Patrick Luizzi, Ethan Edmunds (three RBI, double), Drake McAlpine (two runs, double), Joey Goguen (double, four RBI), and Henry George (two runs, double) each had two hits. Silverstein gave up two runs on just two hits and one walk, striking out nine in a six-inning effort while Cal McKenna struck out a pair in a scoreless inning in relief. Ryan Atherton and Cody Geoffroy (stolen base) each had a hit for the Scarlet Hawks.
Softball = Milford, 4 @ Franklin, 5 – Final
– Franklin pulled out a close one-run win in a back-and-forth battle against visiting Milford. The Scarlet Hawks scored once in the first and third innings to take the lead before the Panthers plated a trio of runs in the fourth to take their first lead of the game. Milford once again jumped ahead with a pair of two-out runs in the top of the sixth, but Franklin answered with two runs in the bottom half to tie it and go ahead with just one inning to go. Angelina Bonina (2-for-3, run) had a two-out single and an error allowed sophomore Brooke Stokes (single) to score and tie the game in the top of the sixth. Lilah Driscoll followed with a single through the right side to bring Bonina home to put the visitors up 4-3. In the bottom half, Ava Florest and Ciara O’Brien (2-for-3, RBI, run) led off with back-to-back singles; the former scored on a sac fly from Ella Weston (two RBI) to tie it, and the latter came home for the go-ahead run on a two-out single from Michaela O’Brien (2-for-3, two RBI). Sophia Sacramone (3 IP, 3H, 2ER, 1BB, 5K) and Phoebe O’Connor (4 IP, 2H, 2R, 0ER, 1BB, 4K) split pitching duties for the Panthers. Liana Chiccarelli had a pair of hits and RBI for the Hawks, including a double, and Lauren Williams struck out five in the circle.

Boys Lacrosse = Franklin, 12 @ Stoughton, 4 – Final
Girls Lacrosse = Stoughton, 2 @ Franklin, 20 – Final
– Franklin secured a big win at home as Juliana Owen and Kendall Mone each scored their first goal of the season, while freshman Ellie Gillespie and freshman Brynn Nutter each netted their first career goal. For Stoughton, senior Kaitlyn Mitchell and eighth grader Sophie Kirkwood each scored once.

Boys Tennis = Milford, 0 @ Franklin, 5 – Final
– Franklin rolled at home, taking all five matches in straight sets to knock off visiting Milford. Sophomore Deklan Morin earned a 6-0, 6-2 win at first singles, while classmates Anish Bokil (6-2, 6-2) and Max Sebell (6-1, 6-1) completed the singles sweep at second and third singles, respectively. In doubles, seniors Jackson Labella and Romane Celestine teamed up for a 6-2, 6-2 win at first doubles, while the pairing of junior Rushil Partidar and senior Alex Leong only dropped one game in a 6-0, 6-1 victory at second doubles.
Girls Tennis = Franklin, 4 @ Milford, 1 – Final
– Franklin won twice in singles and twice in doubles to take a win on the road at Milford. Senior Isabelle Simino earned a 6-2, 6-3 win at first singles while sophomore Anna Powers recorded a 6-0, 6-0 double bagel at third singles. At first doubles, the pairing of sophomore Genevieve Camire and freshman Alexa Buliung secured a 6-0, 6-4 win, and at second doubles, sophomores Julianne Love and Poojan Gaur picked up a 6-3, 6-1 victory. Milford freshman Ella Knapp earned a hard-fought 6-4, 7-5 win at second singles.
