FHS golf, field hockey, and volleyball teams all posts wins on Thursday

Via Instagram, Franklin TV, and our subscription to HockomockSports.com, we share the results of the Fall sports competition for Franklin High School on Wednesday, October 1, 2026.


Field hockey = North Attleboro, 0 @ Franklin, 11 – Final 
– Franklin struck four times in the first quarter to take control early and rolled to the win over North Attleboro. Senior Ella Marzullo led the way with three goals and an assist, while junior Penelope Brady scored twice and added an assist and senior Caydence Canavan also found the back of the net twice. Sophomore Lila Reardon, Jossie Camp, Tori Cahill, and Evie Dolby each added a goal for the Panthers.

Volleyball = North Attleboro, 0 @ Franklin, 3 – Final 
– Franklin stayed in control throughout to earn a 3-0 (25-14, 25-13, 25-19) win over North Attleboro. Junior Emerson Delleo led the Panthers with eight kills, eight digs, and three aces, while sophomore Phoebe O’Connor handed out 19 assists to go with five kills, five digs, and two aces. Senior Gianna Laurello added five kills, seven digs, and an ace. For North, senior Ava Kraskouskas, in her second year as libero, reached 500 career digs and finished with 11 on the night, senior Jude Rabbani had five kills, and sophomore Emma Sawyer and junior Paige Wilson each added four kills and two blocks.

Golf = Stoughton, 170 @ Franklin, 151 – Final 
– Senior co-captain Ben Burgess closed out his final career home match in style, earning medalist honors with an even-par 35 to lead Franklin past Stoughton at Franklin Country Club. Burgess birdied the fourth and eighth holes, while sophomore Luke Swahn added a 38 and senior Ayden Doyle and sophomore Ethan Helm each carded a 39 to complete the Panthers’ scoring. For Stoughton, junior Kyle Bunker led the way with a 40, followed by senior Gavin Alexson with a 42 and juniors Bryce Russo and Major Harding with matching 44s.
