This session shares the Franklin (MA) Town Council meeting held on Wednesday, September 2, 2026. The Council held this session as scheduled beginning at 6 PM. 7 members participated in Chambers, 2 remotely so all votes were via roll call.
The meeting recording is divided into 3 parts
Part 1 - opening through to Police Chief appointment (approx. 90 minutes)
