FHS boys basketball top Medway on Thursday

Via Twitter, Franklin TV, and our subscription to HockomockSports.com, we share the results of the Winter sports competition for Franklin High School on Thursday, February 20, 2025

Boys Basketball = Franklin, 61 vs. Medway, 47 - FINAL
– Visiting Medway regained the lead in the third and had a 39-38 edge going into the fourth but Franklin’s offense roared to life in the fourth to the tune of 23 points to secure a win in the regular season finale. The game was an endowment game so the result does not count for MIAA tournament purposes. Senior Caden Sullivan hit three of his four threes in the fourth quarter and had 12 of his team-high 19 points while classmate Jake Olmstead scored six of his 17 points over the final eight minutes to help the Panthers put the game away. Senior Joseph Conlan added five of his 12 points in the fourth.

"The Town of Franklin MA Commuter Rail station is about to be transformed by a work of public art!
I was proud to secure $50,000 in the FY25 state budget for this project, which will showcase Franklin’s exciting and creative side for residents and visitors alike.
I can’t wait to see the mural that Franklin Culture and the artistic team create to honor Franklin’s unique history and dynamic community.
