"The Healey-Driscoll Administration has made it easier to build an ADU, just one part of our strategy to solve our housing crisis. And the data is clear: this one change is unlocking more housing while filling a need for many families.

The goal of the Affordable Homes Act was to give renters and homeowners greater choice over where they live and to lower their costs. This administration continues to use every available resource to help end our housing shortage. "

FHS boys soccer (video), boys & girls cross country, and golf teams all post wins on Tuesday

Via Twitter, Franklin TV, and our subscription to HockomockSports.com, we share the results of the Fall sports competition for Franklin High School on Tuesday, Sep 30, 2025

Boys Soccer = Stoughton, 0 @ Franklin, 3 – Final
Franklin TV video is available for replay -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PspN8s1E-TU
"Entering Tuesday’s contest with Stoughton, the Franklin boys soccer team sat in a first place tie in the Kelley-Rex division with just one league loss and only eight goals allowed in eight total games played.

And all the Panthers had to show for it: No. 28 in the latest MIAA Division 1 rankings, released Tuesday morning. Their 2.1859 overall rating was fifth among Kelley-Rex teams, despite sitting in a first place tie with KP.

A 3-0 win over the Black Knights should certainly help in those rankings, and it keeps the Panthers in front in the division title hunt.

Franklin scored twice in the first half off a long throw and a corner kick, and converted a penalty kick early in the second half and the defense secured its third shutout in its last four games against a Stoughton side that had scored 19 goals in its last three games and hadn’t been shutout all season."
