You finally stumped me. I am pretty sure the town does not own a pool so I ruled out town property. Then I thought it might be the Y. I took a drive up there after visiting my mother at Forge Hill and found nothing like this.

I am surprised to have stumped you. Not a bad idea to go up a hill. You happened to have chosen the wrong one though!
