Join Steve SherlockCommunity Information Director, for Franklin Matters & Franklin Public Radio (wfpr.fm),  for an informal and informative Q&A session. 

What is the session about?

Steve provides some updates on what's happened in the past month in the first 10-15 minutes, then opens the floor to answer whatever questions you have.

Note: Usually the 3rd Wednesday of the month (that would be June 19) but because the Senior Center is closed for Juneteenth, we are a week earlier than normal.

When: Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at 11:00 AM

Happy Anniversary!

Some things change, some things don't.

Eight years ago the Senior Center was celebrating its opening.

There is a Building Committee working on completing the interior 2nd floor and expanding the parking to accommodate the increased usage.

Eight years ago, the Center Commons was still getting the exterior brickwork completed.

A couple of months ago, Dean College completed the purchase of the building to add to their dormitory options.

FranklinMAtters.org began publishing regularly becoming the citizen powered journalism site that it is today. Readership has continued to grow.

9am   The HERO Walk at the Tri-County RTVHS. Registrations start at 9am, walk at 10am.
