"30 is the new 40!
Heads up, Franklin! The speed limit on Chestnut Street is now 30 MPH for its entire length.
Please slow down, stay alert, and watch for pedestrians, cyclists, and other motorists.
Help us keep Franklin’s roads safe for everyone. Drive safely! "
