Planning Board: Public hearings scheduled for July 22

21 Corbin St - Corbin Townhouses

In accordance with the Town of Franklin Zoning By-Laws, the Franklin Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, July 22 at 7:25 PM in the Town Council Chambers of the Franklin Municipal Building, 355 East Central Street, for a Special Permit and Site Plan application titled "Corbin Townhouses, Multi-Unit Townhouse Development, 21 Corbin street, Franklin, MA" prepared by Level Design Group, Plainville, MA., dated June 19, 2019 and submitted to the Department of Planning and Community Development on July 1, 2019, by CBB Ventures, LLC, Franklin MA.

The site is located at 21 Corbin Street in the General Residential V Zoning District (Assessor's Map 286, Lot 263). The applicant is proposing to construct 4-unit multifamily structure with individual driveways. The purpose of the Special Permit is to allow multi-family residential use within the General Residential V per zoning by-law Ch. 185, Attachment 7, Use Regulations Schedule, Part VI, 6.1.

Margaret's Cove - Mine Brook Estates

In accordance with the Town of Franklin Zoning By-Laws, the Franklin Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, July 22, 2019 at 7:35 PM in the Town Council Chambers of the Franklin Municipal Building, 355 East Central Street, for a Definitive Subdivision Modification Plan application titled "Mine Brook Estates" prepared by Guerriere and Halnon, Inc., dated June 28, 2019 and submitted to the Department of Planning and Community Development on July 1, 2019, by Whitman Homes, 1200 Turnpike St, Canton, MA.

The site is located at Margaret's Cove in Single Family III Zoning District (Assessor's Map 237, Lots 12-16, 18-22). The applicant is proposing to construct 6 single family lots with roadway and drainage.
