Dear Chocolate Enthusiast, Many have been asking whether I would ever make milk chocolate. After careful development—and I must admit, a bit of reluctance to part from my dark chocolate roots—I'm proud to introduce Wright Old School Milk Chocolate, crafted with the same focus on simplicity and quality as my original dark chocolate. What sets them apart (Dark vs. Milk Chocolate)? Both my Dark and Milk Chocolate begin with the same foundational ingredients: Cocoa nibs Unrefined sugar The Dark Chocolate contains only these two—minimal and direct; totally allergen-free and vegan friendly. To create the Milk Chocolate, I add: Cocoa butter Coconut powdered milk These four ingredients result in a smooth, creamy texture, while preserving the integrity of real cacao flavor. A quick note for those with allergies: The inclusion of coconut (technically a tree nut by FDA classification) means this bar contains a potential allergen. Still, like all of my dark chocolate, the milk chocolate remains gluten-free, non-dairy, and vegan-friendly. |
