Today (5/22/24) the New England Chapter of the American Public Works Association (APWA) held their Commemorative Scholarship Luncheon, and our own Highway & Grounds Superintendent Carlos Rebelo received a National Award - Professional Manager of the Year for Facilities and Grounds.
