HockomockSports.com has published the "Players to Watch" for the Hockomock League boys basketball teams. The Franklin High School representative is shared here. Follow the link below to find out about the other players to watch around the Hockomock League.
"Franklin will be in need of some new players to step on the offensive end after graduating its top three scorers from last year, all three averaging double figures. One player that is a potential candidate to take on an expanded role is sophomore Henry Digiorgio. Digiorgio made a splash on varsity last season as a freshman. The sample size at the varsity level is relatively small, but he showed what he’s capable of, scoring 15 points in the season opener a year ago. That trend continued this year as he dropped a career-high 27 points in a season-opening win over Canton. He’s certainly one to watch from beyond the three-point line but his game goes beyond just shooting. The challenge this year will be scoring at a consistent level throughout the season against some of the top defenses around."
This meeting will be held in person in the Council Chambers, 2nd Floor, Municipal Building at 355 East Central Street and remotely via the “ZOOM” platform. Residents can visit the Town Website (Franklinma.gov) and click on the Town Calendar for up to date information on how to access the meeting. If you have any questions, please call the Town Administrator’s Office at (508) 520-4949.

There was a time when women couldn’t have jobs and had no voting rights. Women were property passed from father to husband. High-school student Melanie must learn how things changed.
We Did It For You! Women's Journey Through History is the story of how women got their rights in America, told by the women who were there. It is an entertaining and quick tour through the journey, starting with the struggle women had in the 17th century Puritan Revolution through to our 21st century empowered women politicians.FM #676 = This is the Franklin Matters radio show, number 676 in the series.
