Franklin has launched the National Community Survey - what would you like Franklin to focus on?
We need your input to help us make upcoming planning and budgeting decisions. Invitations have been sent to randomly selected households asking for feedback via The National Community Survey. In a few weeks, we'll open the survey to all residents.
