Boys Basketball = Milford, 56 @ Franklin, 66 – Final
– Milford used a big second quarter to take a halftime lead but Franklin’s defense improved as the game and the Panthers won the fourth quarter to win the game. Gustavo Coutinho (12 points) had eight points and Andrew Rivera (13 points) had seven, two of five Milford players to score in a 25-point second quarter that saw the Hawks stake a 32-27 lead at half. Franklin got back into the game in the third, including nine points from senior Caden Sullivan (career-high 31 points) and threes from Joseph Conlan (eight points) and Seth O’Donnell (10 points) to tie the game up 48-48 going into the fourth. Sullivan went 7-for-8 from the line and had nine points total in the quarter while O’Donnell added five and Justice Samuels (10 points) added a bucket to help Franklin outscore the visitors 18-8 in the final eight minutes. Luca Testa (12 points) and Matt DaSilva (11 points) also scored in double figures for the Hawks.

Girls Basketball = Franklin, 55 @ Milford, 31 – Final
– The Panthers hit nine threes as a team, seven of them in the second half, and twice held Milford to single digits in a quarter to maintain its lead in the Kelley-Rex. It was a one-point game (11-10) after one, but Franklin used a 13-6 second to open up a little cushion going into the locker room. After the break, the Panthers got threes from Mallory Santos, Lauryn DiGiorgio, and Lena Malymina and also went 7-of-8 at the line to extend the lead to 16 going to the fourth. Milford was held to just five points in the fourth and Franklin knocked down another three triples to pull away for the big win. DiGiorgio hit three from deep and finished with a game-high 13 points. Chloe Fales added 10, Santos scored nine, and Malymina chipped in with 8 points. Ava Baglione led the Hawks with eight points, TJ Downing scored six, and Katelyn Kearnan, Olivia Baglione, and Reagan Cunningham each had four.
