"Work is underway to improve safety at a dangerous intersection in Franklin less than one month after a 15-year-old boy was struck and killed on his bicycle there.
Oliver Lewis died on June 23 while crossing King Street near Interstate 495.
Flowers and other items still sit in his memory near the scene, and State Representative Jeffrey Roy hopes other changes in Lewis' memory are also starting to catch people's eye."
