We've invited Elizabeth McWhorter, CEO and co-founder of ThriveIEP, to share practical strategies and insights on supporting students with learning challenges. Additional Resources for Foster Families Being part of a foster, kinship, or adoptive family is no small task. At TriTogether, we see the difference that extra support can have. Here are a few amazing organizations ready to step in to provide that support: Foster Care Essentials is a Massachusetts-born-and-based nonprofit providing free essentials to foster or kinship care families—including clothing, toys, diapers, school supplies, and personal hygiene products. Second Nurture partners with community-based organizations to create consistent support systems for foster and adoptive families. They host monthly group meetings with free on-site childcare and provide additional resources and services to help families succeed.
