Our First Annual Holiday Grand Tasting is here and we’re going big Dec 13

Expect bubbles to pop, caviar to bump, baller wines to flex, and value gems to surprise you in all the best ways. Plus artisan cheese, charcuterie, and a special bakery pop-up to keep the holiday joy flowing.

This is not to be missed—the perfect afternoon to discover your next obsession, stock up for the season, and celebrate with people who love great wine as much as you do. Bring your friends and come taste, explore, and make your holiday season delicious.

George Swartz talks about the events at Pour Richard's Wine & Provisions (audio)

FM #1595 = This is the Franklin Matters radio show, number 1595 in the series.

This session shares my conversation with George Swartz on Thursday, November 20, 2025 in the Pour Richard’s Wine & Provisions store.

We talk about

  • George’s road to this role

  • Wine tasting events, usually 6-8 tables, 6 wines each to sample before purchase (or not)

  • Floral arrangements, book club, and yoga are some events paired with wine testing

  • Pop up events bringing local crafts as well as cheese & prepared foods, charcuterie boards, etc.

The recording runs 32 minutes, so let’s listen in.
