adjustment to current budget to avoid asking for a waiver this year
after all we are the 1st Library, shouldn't have to ask for a waiver
the finances are better and we can do this
an increase of about 98K to the budget for the Library

we just renovated the Library for about 10M

Resolution 18-54: Ratification of the Memoranda of Agreement between the Town of Franklin and the Franklin Police Association (Motion to Approve Resolution 18-54-Majority Vote (5))

regional center opening in Jan, staff came up with a way to increase staffing at no cost to the town, save overtime money and it can be used to increase staff

round of kudos for the negotiation success on both sides, also shows the thinking outside the box to resolve a tight problem; "progressive"
