2018 Friends of the Poor Walk successfully funds St Mary's St. Vincent de Paul

St. Mary’s St. Vincent de Paul would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to everyone who was involved in the 2018 SVdP Friends of the Poor Walk. This year we were thrilled to see more than 110 parishioners and community members participate in the walk. 

It was wonderful to see the Ursuline soccer team and many members of the Franklin High School field hockey team participate along with several of St. Mary’s confirmation students. The increase in participants and donations helped the SVdP to meet our fundraising goal!

One hundred percent of the donations stay in Franklin and will go directly to support any of our Franklin neighbors in need.

All of your help and contributions are greatly appreciated. Special thanks to Garelick Farms and The Knights of Columbus for their support and contributions of drinks and energy snacks.

Thank you again for your generous contributions and for helping us to work on our goal of “Neighbors helping neighbors.”
