assistants need to be developed for these roles
Hamblen - we're looking for a candidate with the best qualifications to fulfill the spot, Jamie gets Franklin, he has been around, volunteering even on the decoration effort recently
Jones - there is a logical path, some sense for what we do. When he was hired three years ago, he has worked closely with us, this is a person who is ready willing and able to make Franklin better.
Padula - you have to earn this job, we are absolutely spoiled with the best in Jeff Nutting, people want to emulate Franklin, applaud this search committee for making this decision. He has a great attitude, he gets it. He has been on a three year job interview. I think we are through that and he fits the bill for us. I want this because he will make our job easier.
Dellorco - commend you for making this decision, it wasn't handed to him. He has got to be the best guy, I have been on the council 8 years, and I never call Jeff anymore, I call Jamie.
Earls - I have been impressed with his professionalism and wide range of experience; apprenticeship the last three years
Mercer - on the search committee this gave me some insights to what is out there. Three years ago, I was part of the committee that has hired Hellen. He has been mentored by the best and has done a great job. I am looking for someone who cares. Jamie cares about the community.
