What about another column in the spreadsheet showing the percentage which the override or debt exclusion passed or didn't pass by...
ReplyDeleteGeoof, I added two columns to a new sheet.
ReplyDeleteThe first column calculates the margin. I could have figured out how to make it neutral as the number is all we are really interested in but the math is currently set up as Votes Against minus the Votes For to determine the margin.
The % Margin of the Total Voters is simply the division of the margin by the Total voters for that election.
Effectively ignore the minus signs. The numbers and percents are what is important.
