"Franklin senior Alfred Mucciarone has been selected as the HockomockSports.com Player of the Week, presented by Morse Insurance, for April 3 through April 9. Mucciarone is the 23rd player chosen as Player of the Week for the 2022-23 school year and first in the spring season.
Mucciarone aced his opening outing of the season, allowing only an unearned run over five innings against Oliver Ames, helping Franklin get off to a winning start. The Div. 1 runners-up went 2-0 last week, outscoring their two opponents 22-1."
