(Include Pet’s name, Owner’s name and contact information with photo!)
Winners will be drawn on Tuesday, April 2nd
Please Note: photos will NOT be returned
- Spayed Female: $20.00 / Neutered Male: $20.00
- Unaltered Female: $30.00 / Unaltered Male: $30.00
After April 1st A Late Fee Of $30.00 Is Applied To Licensing Fee
