Who is a "social media influencer?" Actually while this message is targeted to those on social media who are attempting to make a living doing so, anyone on social media can be an influencer. It is good to be aware of the legal rules we should all play by.

Chances are you know an influencer – a person who works with a brand to recommend or endorse a product in social media. Maybe you work at a company that uses influencers or perhaps that describes you, a friend, or a family member.
