We have a big weekend planned for Franklin, and I'm excited to let you know that my friend Joe Kennedy will be stopping by on Sunday to meet with small business owners, our Franklin firefighters, and residents. Joe will be touring La Cantina Winery, Simon's Furniture, and the Franklin Fire Department before heading on over to the Town Common to address the crowd, meet residents, and share his vision for Massachusetts. We ask that you please wear a mask and maintain social distancing to be safe.
I hope you will be able to join us on Sunday, August 9 at 1 pm and meet our next United States Senator. I've had the pleasure of working with him over the last 8 years, and appreciate his compassion, empathy and commitment.
